If you enter your email on a glossary or plan page, we store that address and the page it came from, send you the PST standards and week 1 of the plan, and may send occasional training emails. You can unsubscribe with the link in any of those emails, and we stop sending at once.
We also collect non-personal information automatically when you visit our website, including web cookies. This information is used to improve our website experience and analyze usage patterns.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use. We share data only with the providers that run the service, and only for those purposes: authentication (Clerk), payments (Stripe), database hosting (MongoDB Atlas), email delivery (Resend), and privacy-friendly analytics (DataFast). Your data is used solely for the purposes described in this policy.
We keep your account and training data for as long as your subscription is active. Once your access ends, we keep your data for 30 days so you can pick up where you left off if you come back, then we delete it. This applies both when a free trial ends without a subscription and when a paid subscription is cancelled or not renewed.
Deletion covers your account, your training programs and your PST results. It is permanent and cannot be undone. You can ask us to delete your account and data sooner at any time by emailing hello@zerophase.app.
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately so we can remove that information.
