Welcome to ZeroPhase. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZeroPhase website at https://zerophase.app and all related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ZeroPhase is a web application for Navy SEAL BUD/S preparation training, based on the NSW PT Guide (Naval Special Warfare Physical Training Guide). It provides digital workout program management, PST (Physical Screening Test) result tracking, and performance analytics through paid access.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Every new account receives a 3-day Premium trial at sign-up. No credit card is required to start the trial. Your access to Premium features ends when the trial period expires unless you purchase a plan before then.
Pro and Premium are one-time purchases, with no subscription and nothing to renew or cancel. Each purchase grants access to the plan you bought for the life of the product. "Lifetime" means the period during which ZeroPhase continues to operate and offer that plan. The price is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices for new purchases may change; a change never affects a purchase already made.
All purchases are final, because every new account can try ZeroPhase free for 3 days before buying. Any refund is at the discretion of ZeroPhase’s creator. To ask for one, email hello@zerophase.app.
Payments are processed by Polar as the merchant of record. Polar is responsible for payment processing, fraud prevention, and sales tax collection. By purchasing, you agree to Polar's buyer terms. The ZeroPhase app stores no credit card or payment data.
When your access ends, we retain your account and training data for a limited period to allow you to resume if you return. For full details, see the Data Retention section of our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use ZeroPhase. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
ZeroPhase provides a strenuous fitness training program designed for BUD/S preparation. Before starting any exercise program, you should consult a physician. You acknowledge that the training involves physical exertion and that you train at your own risk. ZeroPhase is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from following the training programs.
ZeroPhase provides training program information for fitness preparation purposes. We make no guarantee, express or implied, that using ZeroPhase will result in passing the Physical Screening Test (PST), selection for any military program, or any specific military outcome.
ZeroPhase is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United States Navy or Naval Special Warfare. Our training programs are based on publicly available materials and are not official U.S. government products.
ZeroPhase is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of quality or performance. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You agree to use ZeroPhase only for lawful purposes. You may not:
All content, features, and functionality of ZeroPhase, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ZeroPhase and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Training program content is provided for your personal use only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroPhase's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the total amount you paid for ZeroPhase in the 12 months before the claim. ZeroPhase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state and federal courts of Ohio.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
